LUUMC is the one and only mountaineering club affiliated with the University of Leeds. We run regular climbing trips and social events throughout the year. For more information about the club and recent news please see our group page here. Whether you are an experienced climber or totally clueless our club is open to absolutely anyone.

Hopefully this website can answer any initial questions you may have about the club or about climbing itself, but if you want to get in touch with us for any reason, or just for a friendly chat, then please go to the Facebook page. LUUMC is not run for profit. Any fees paid towards club membership or merchandise are used to benefit all paid up members of the club through subsidising transport, food and accommodation for trips, social events, and also for purchasing equipment and insurance required for club activities.
